Bosie Bakery’s founder, Pastry Chef Damien Herrgott has quite the pedigree. A 3rd generation pâtissier from Besançon, France, Chef Damien began his career at the world famous Paris bakery Ladurée and later worked under Chef Pierre Hermé, considered to be one of the world’s best pastry chefs and industry influencers. Soaking up all that pastry knowledge from the world renowned chef, Chef Damien set his sights on New York City. After residencies as Executive Pastry Chef at Bouley and Michelin Starred restaurant La Goulue, Chef Damien ventured out on his own with Bosie Bakery. He now enjoys all the creative freedom of running his own pastry kitchen. One visit to Bosie Bakery and you will quickly fall in love with his creations. Smooth macarons, creamy tarts and rich chocolate biscuits are delicately served at this petite bakery, but the real magic happens behind the door near the register.
